Beef Bok Choy in Abalone Sauce | HAPPY WOK

Here is a delicious stir fry cooking that you might like to make. Stir fry tender sliced beef flank steak cut and fresh bok choy in saute minced garlic & ginger and also unique flavored abalone sauce. Below are the list of ingredients, thru the courtesy of Mr. Michael Taylor. So we can copy-paste-print the same.
8 oz. ------ beef flank (sliced against the grain)
marinade: 2 Tbsp -- light soy sauce
1 tsp ---- corn starch
1 Tbsp -- cooking oil (add just before stir fry)
2 Tbsp ----- cooking oil
1 Tbsp ----- each, ginger & garlic (minced)
1 pound --- bok choy (cut into 2 length wise)
pre-mix sauce: 1/4 cup --- chicken broth
2 Tbsp --- abalone sauce
1 Tbsp --- light soy sauce
1 tsp ----- sesame oil
1 tsp ----- sugar
2 Tbsp --- rice wine
starch-water mixture (to thicken sauce)
1 tsp ----- corn starch
1/8 cup -- water
