Beef and Vegetable Stew in Crock Pot (Guvech)

Ingredients:
500gr. beef chunk
3 tbsp olive oil
2 onions, raughly chopped
4-5 tomatos, peeled cut in cubes
about 200gr. green beans, halved
2 potatos, peeled and cut in cubes
2 eggplants, peeled in strips and cut in cubes
2 zucchinis, cut in cubes
about less than 1 cup frozen or fresh peas
4-5 cloves of garlic
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup water
