Beef Afghani Boti
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Pyaz (Onion) 2 medium
-Beef boneless (Undercut) 600g (cut in cubes)
-Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) tbs
-Adrak paste (Ginger paste) tbs
-Kacha papita (Raw papaya) paste 2 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 & tsp or to taste
-Charbi (Beef or lamb fat) cubes 200g
-Tikka boti masala 1 tsp or to a taste

Directions:
-On a bowl,place muslin cloth and grate onions with the help of the grater,squeeze well and discard grated onion.
-In onion water,add beef boneless and mix well.
-Add garlic paste,ginger paste,raw papaya paste,salt and mix well,cover & marinate for 4-6 hours or overnight.
-On a metal skewer,thread marinated beef (2 pieces) and beef fat (1 piece) alternatively and sprinkle tikka boti masala on skewers.
-Grill on burning charcoal on in pan until meat is tender and basting with ghee or oil.
-Serve Beef afghani boti with salad, raita & green chilli sauce.

Ajza:
-Pyaz (Onion) 2 medium
-Beef boneless (Undercut) 600g (cut in cubes)
-Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) tbs
-Adrak paste (Ginger paste) tbs
-Kacha papita (Raw papaya) paste 2 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 & tsp or to taste
-Charbi (Beef or lamb fat) cubes 200g
-Tikka boti masala 1 tsp or to a taste

Directions:
-Bowl mein malamal ka kapra rakh dein aur grater ki madad sa pyaz ko grate ker lein aur ache tarhan squeeze ker ker ka grated pyaz ko discard ker dein.
-Onion water mein beef boneless dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Lehsan paste,adrak paste,kacha papita paste aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 4-5 hours or overnight kliya marinate ker lein.
-Metal skewer per marinated beef (2 pieces) aur charbi (1 piece) alternatively laga ker upper sa tikka boti masasla chirak dein
-Jaltay hoye koyla ya pan mein gosht gul janay tak grill ker lein aur bech bech mein ghee ya oil laga lein.
-Beef afghani boti ko salad,raita aur green chilli sauce ka saath serve karein.
