make 8 Battura
2 cup all-purpose flour (plain flour or maida)
4 tablespoon sooji (semolina flour)
2 teaspoon yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoon yogurt
2 tablespoon oil
3/4 cup lukewarm water (adjust 1 or 2 spoons as needed)
Oil to fry
