Add oil, mustard seeds, green chillies, ginger garlic crush, curry leaves, turmeric powder & salt. Mix everything.- Add this tadka to the mashed potatoes along with coriander leaves. Mix everything well.- Make medium size round balls of the mixture and keep it aside.- To make the covering, in a bowl add gram flour, turmeric powder, coriander leaves and salt.- Add some water and make a pouring consistency batter.- Dip the potato balls well into the batter and add them to the hot oil.- Fry them on a medium flame. Let them turn golden brown.
