This is an easy to make potato recipe that is best for lunch and dinner!Ingredients:1/2 kg Potato, diced3 Onions, chopped1 tbsp Ginger, chopped1 tbsp Garlic, chopped1 Cup Coriander Leaves, chopped1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder4 tbsp OilWaterSalt to tasteMethod:- In a large bowl add chopped onions, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and oil.- Add diced potatoes and mix everything well. Make sure the potatoes are coated with the masala.- Heat a pan. Add this mixture to the pan and mix well.- Add water and again mix well.
