Sugar and Salt to Taste10. Cinnamon, Clove, Green Cardamom Method: 1. Mix ghee salt, sugar, turmeric powder, red chilies, raisins, cashews nuts, and whole cumin to the rice. 2. Mix well. Pour double the quantity of water to rice (in this case, 2 cups) 3.
