Ingredients--

Gobindobhog rice - 1 & 3/4 cup
Soyabean oil - 3 tsp
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Cardamoms - 3
Cloves - 8-10
Cinnamon sticks - 3-4
Bay leaf - 1
Half cashew - 3 tbsp
Raisins - 3 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 4-5 tsp
Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
