The evening saw the unveiling by celebrity chef Vicky Ratnani, Theatre & Film personality Dolly Thakore, Bollywood playback singer Abhijeet Bhattacharya, Bollywood & Television actor Mahesh Thakur, Harsha Bhatkal, publisher Popular Prakashan and Ananya Banerjee followed by a discussion on Bengali food by Food Bloggers Antoine Luis and Kalyan Karmakar.

Bengali cuisine as we see it today is a result of different culinary influences from all those who had established their base in undivided Bengal over the course of time.
