Banana Ghee Roast | Indian Mom's Kitchen

The sweetness of the Banana combined with the salty and chilli flavour of this dish is something different. It's really very tasty, Here's how you can make this nutritious dish at home and the best part is that it hardly takes any time or elaborate preparation.

Ingredients:
3 ripe Kerala Bananas
2 tsp Ghee
A pinch of Salt
A little Chilli powder

Method: Peel and cut the Bananas into circular pieces and keep aside. In a pan heat Ghee and put in the cut banana pieces. Flip on both sides and fry till golden brown. Add a pinch of Salt and a little Chilli powder. Remove from heat and serve hot. It's so simple.
