Crispy Oustide, tender inside. Easy baked fish sticks ready in no time. I prepared this recipe the other night when I only had 20 min to serve dinner and I promised myself to make it more often. Sometimes I totally forget about my old recipes My hubby even asked if they were fried for how crispy the crust was. The secret is toasting the breadcrumbs before coating the fish and using a grid to bake the sticks so that the air circulates all around the coating keeping it crisp. Extra points if you use an air fryer, it enhances the crispness even more.INGREDIENTS:1 lb. white fish fillets, cut in sticks.
