Ingredients:-
Water: 1 cup
Salt to taste
Ghee: ½ teaspoon
Sesame seeds: 2 tablespoons
Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup: 1 tablespoon
Jowar flour: ½ cup
Rice flour: ½ cup

Method of Preparation
Heat water in a pan.
Add salt, ghee and heat water to a gentle simmer.
Add sesame seeds and Kissan Fresh tomato ketchup to the water.
Add in the Jowar and Rice flour in the water, mix and turn off heat.
Transfer the dough to a mixing bowl and allow it to cool.
Once the mixture cools down. Grease your palm with oil and knead the mixture into a dough.
Shape the dough into small round balls and flatten them.
Slice the flattened dough into a square or any shape cracker of your liking.
Place the cracker on the baking sheet and prick them with a fork.
Bake it in the oven for 10 to 12 min. Allow it to cool.
Your crackers are now ready to serve.
