Baked Beans But Not Those Baked Beans - Glen And Friends CookingThis is a great vegetable side dish, a great bean side dish - that with some chicken baked on top could be fantastic main dish.Ingredients:500 mL (2 cups) tomato passataHot banana pepper, chopped5 mL (1 tsp) oreganoSalt and pepper to taste5 mL (1 tsp) hot red pepper flakes5 - 10 mL (1 - 2 tsp) roasted garlicHandful pitted black olives1 small onion chopped2 -540 mL (2 - 19 fl oz) cans of beansMethod:Preheat oven to 180C (350F).Mix everything together in an ovenproof pan.Bake for 30-40 minutes, until cooked through.We no longer do sponsorships or paid promotions of any kind; we tried it a couple of times but it never felt right.
