IngredientsSinghade ka atta 1cupRajgira atta 1 cupBoiled potato mashed ½ cupSenda Namak to tasteCrushed black pepper ½ tspGhee 1 tbspFor Papaya ChutneyPar boiled raw papaya (peeled and grated) 1 cupCinnamon powder ½ tspChopped nut 3 tbspCardamom seeds ½ tspSugar 3 tbspoil 1 tspCumin seeds ½ tspSaffron strands 6-8Method:-• In a bowl add in the singhade ka atta, rajgira atta, ghee, crushed black pepper, boiled mashed potato, senda namak and mix well.• Now add in the water and make dough apply little ghee and set aside.• Heat oil in a pan add in jeera , nuts and sauté well. Add the raw papaya , sugar, cinnamon powder, cardamom seeds. Add water and cook until the papaya is soft and sugar syrup is thick.• Grease the baking tray with little ghee and keep aside.
