Badam Berry Smoothie | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Refreshing healthy smoothie made with a combination of fresh strawberries, bananas and almonds.

BADAM BERRY SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

For one portion
12-15 almonds (badam)
6-7 strawberries
2 elaichi bananas
10-12 pistachios
2 tablespoons desiccated coconut
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup milk
Blanched and slivered pistachios

Method

1. Hull and chop the strawberries.
2. Put chopped strawberries in the blender jar.
3. Peel and chop the elaichi banana, add to the blander jar alongwith pistachios, almonds, desiccated coconut, honey and milk and blend into a smooth mixture.
4. Pour in a tall serving glass and serve garnished with slivered pistachios.
