Bacon Pea Soup in the Instant Pot - Instant Pot Soup

Ingredients:
3 slices of bacon
3 cups peas, frozen or fresh
1 teaspoon salt
4 cups of water
Yogurt and bacon to garnish

Directions:
1. Select saut and saut bacon until crispy then turn off saut. Take out the bacon and drain on paper towel. Leave the bacon fat in the pot.
2. Add in remaining ingredients - peas, water, salt.
3. Close the lid. Select pressure cook for 10 minutes.
4. When done, quick release and then carefully use immersion blender to blend ingredients until smooth.
5. Serve hot with yogurt and bacon garnish
