Baby fruit tiramisu recipe | BuonaPappa

Tiramisu', a traditional creamy delicious Italian dessert. The word "tirami su" in Italian means "lift me up"...and this is what this dessert does, lifts your spirit up!!!
Both me and Joanne from FifteenSpatulas LOVE the tiramisu', so we decided to collaborate and prepare two versions of it, the traditional one and the baby one!

Joanna will show you how to make the traditional coffee and mascarpone Tiramisu'...a delightful, decadent, velvety indulgence for your mouth.
Check her channel for the traditional recipe:

And I will show you how to prepare a baby friendly fruit version without eggs, without mascarpone, without coffee, without sugar, but still delicious and creamy following the Tiramisu' tradition!!
I think this recipe is a good idea for a 1st Bday party as all the ingredients are appropriate for your little one and it is really yummy and enjoyable by the rest of the party!!
Also, if you want to prepare it for a kids Bday party I would suggest to go for the "mono portion" idea I'll show you. Kids love individual small cakes and those ones are colorful and beautiful to see...the "wow" effect is assured!
Considering the ingredients you can prepare this cake for babies too (I would suggest starting from 9 months). If you are concerned about potential berries allergies, you can always switch berries with fresh peaches or apricots, they will be as delicious as the berries.

Thanks Joanne from FifteenSpatulas for sharing with all of you the traditional Tiramisu' recipe!
Check her channel and her blog, she makes amazing yummy healty recipes. Everything is from scratch and it's easy to make. She's also an incredible food photographer: every step of the recipe is showed in details and the final dish is so beautiful that your mouth will start watering just looking at the picture ;-)
