Baby corn pakodas or fritters are easy-to-make tasty & crunchy treats for all those who love to munch snacks at home every now and then. These fritters are really easy to make and can serve as great snack as well as appetizer. All you need is to mix the ingredients, make a batter, dip it and fry till it is golden brown. Ingredients:
8-10 Baby Corn
1 cup Plain Flour
1 tbsp Corn Flour
1 tsp Garlic minced
2 Green Chilies minced
1 tsp ginger minced
1 tbsp coriander finely chopped
¼ tsp baking soda
1 tbsp hot oil
Oil for deep frying
Salt to taste

How to make baby corn pakoda :
Add flour, corn flour, garlic, green chilies, and ginger. Add water little by little to make a thick batter. Beat well till light.
Add hot oil, chopped coriander, salt, baking soda and mix well.
Deep fry the baby corn by dipping it in the batter till they are golden brown in color
