Asian noodles with chicken and shrimp or Malaysian style Chicken shrimp noodles are a very popular dish among the Indians living in Malaysia. Made with noodles stir fried in a array of exotic veggies, prawns, chicken with a mix of flavourful slurry made with oyster sauce, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, rice vinegar and dark soya sauce.

Ingredients:
Chicken juliennes 100 g
Shrimps 100 g
Baby corns 50 g
Carrot 50 g
Cabbage 50 g
Broccoli 50 g
Eggs 2 n
Oyster sauce 1 ts
Fish sauce 1 ts
Red chilly sauce 1 tb beans sprout
Tomato ketchup 1 tb
Vinegar 1 tb
Pepper powder 1 ts
Salt
Dark soya sauce 1ts
Onions
Pak choi 50 1 n
Bell peppers (green, red, yellow) 50 g
Oil 2 tb
Ginger garlic juliennes 1tsp each

Directions:
Take a bowl add oyster sauce, fish sauce, red chilly sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, pepper powder, salt, dark soya sauce, mix this and keep it aside.Heat oil in a pan add eggs, scrambled and transfer it into a plate.
Pour some more oil in a pan add ginger, garlic juliennes, add shrimp, sauté it and add chicken juliennes, cook this some time and add onions, bell peppers (green, red, yellow), baby corn, carrot, cabbage,broccoli, sauté it and pour the slurry of the sauce, mix this add boiled noodles, toss it and add beans sprout, pak choi add scrambled eggs, toss them and sprinkle spring onions and serve it hot.
