Originating from one of the most interesting genres in Indian cooking, this chaat is delectable.APPLE CHAATIngredients 1 medium red Washington Apple1 medium green Washington Apple½ inch ginger¼ tsp black salt ½ tsp chaat masala Salt to taste Crushed black peppercorns to taste Juice of ½ lemon 1 tbsp honey 10-12 fresh mint leaves¼ tsp roasted cumin powder + for sprinklingToasted white sesame seeds for sprinklingFresh mint sprigs for garnishingMethod1. Grate ginger in a bowl. Add black salt, chaat masala, salt and crushed peppercorns and mix well.2. Deseed and chop red Washington Apple and green Washington Apple.
