Master Sushi Chef Hiroyuki Terada loves a nice grilled steak, and in particular, the Skirt Steak, and this is exactly where we find ourselves this evening, Angus Bar and Grill located at 1917 Hollywood Blvd, Hollywood, Florida. This is a pretty authentic Argentinean restaurant with many selections found only at a place like this. From their grilled 24oz Skirt Steak (expensive) to Short Ribs, to Sweetbreads and other items, it was actually very enjoyable. A nice change from our usually visit to an Asian restaurant. We definitely recommend this place so stop by and enjoy a nice South American steakhouse that's a little drive from Miami, but well worth it.
