Salt, 1 tsp. Turmeric powder, ¼ tsp. Asafoetida)For tempering:-2 tbsp. Oil1 tsp. Cumin Seeds1 tsp. Mustard Seeds1 tsp. Asofietida 10-12 Curry Leaves2-3 Green Chillies1 tsp. Red chilly powder1 Tomato, chopped3 cloves of garlic crushed3-4 Kokam1 tbsp. Goda masala½ tsp.
