Amla murabaServing - 4Preparation time - 10 minsCooking Time – 15 minsIngredients - quantityAmla - 250gmWater as requiredSugar - 500gmBlack pepper - ¼ tspBlack salt - ¼ tspCardamom powder - ¼ tspApple cider vinegar - 1 tbspMethod :1. Wash and rinse the amla thouroghly .2. Now prick the amlas using fork at regular interval .3. In a kadhai , add water bring to boil , add amlas close the lid and cook it for 2 mins .4. Now strain the amlas and keep aside .5. In a deep bottom kadhai add blanched amlas , sugar and water allow it to cook on a slow flame .6. Cook the mixture of amlas and sugar until its 1 string consistency .7. Transfer it into the bowl and allow it to cool at room temperature .8. Now add black pepper , black salt , cardamom powder , apple cider vinegar , mix it well .9. Transfer the mixture in 1 ltr glass jar, close the lid and keep it for 7 days in a dark place .10. Once its start appearing in light golden colour .11.
