Ingredients:-Pyaz (Onion) 1 medium-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 2-3-Podina (Mint leaves) handful-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) handful-Bread slices 3-Aloo (Potatoes) boiled 800g-Lemon juice 1 tbs-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste -Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed 2 tsp-Tandoori masala 1 tsp-Namak (Salt) 2 tsp or to taste-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tbs-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp-Garam masala powder tsp-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tbs-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 & tsp-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste -Chaat masala 1 tsp-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed 2 tsp-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste-Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) 1 tbs-Tandoori masala 1 tbs-Cooking oil 2-3 tbsDirections:-In a chopper,add onion,green chillies,mint leaves,fresh coriander,bread,chop well & set aside.-In a bowl,add boiled potatoes & mash well with the help of masher.-Add chopped mixture,lemon juice,ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,coriander seeds,tandoori masala,salt,cumin seeds,red chilli crushed,garam masala powder & mix until well combined,cover & let it rest for 10-15 minutes.-Grease hands with oil,take a mixture (60g) & make kababs of equal sizes.-In a bowl,add cumin seeds,red chilli crushed,red chilli powder,chaat masala,coriander seeds,salt, dried fenugreek leaves,tandoori masala & mix well.-Spread spice mix on a plate & coat cutlets with prepared spice mix from all sides.-On a frying pan,add cooking oil & fry kabab on medium flame until golden brown (makes 18).-Serve with tomato ketchup or chutney!
