Have a happy Sehri with this Aloo Soya Tarkari & Masala Paratha recipe. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/3r3dBtGVisit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com Download iOS & Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app Facebook: https://facebook.com/foodfusionpk Instagram: https://instagram.com/foodfusionpk Twitter: https://twitter.com/foodfusionpk Also follow @Healthy Fusion & @Food Fusion Kids for healthy food & kids' special recipes.00:00 Aalo Soya Tarkari with Masala Paratha00:21 Prepare Aaloo soya tarkari02:04 Prepare Masala paratha03:53 Aray waahRecipe in EnglishIngredients:Prepare Aalo Soya Tarkari:-Cooking oil 4 tbs-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 & tbs-Pyaz (Onion) 1 medium chopped-Kalonji (Nigella seeds) tsp-Tamatar (Tomatoes) chopped 2 large -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) tsp-Aalo (Potatoes) peeled & cubes 4 large -Water Cup or as required -Soya (Dill) chopped 2 Cups-Hari mirch (Green chillies) sliced 2-3 -Lemon juice 1 tbs-Hari mirch (Green chilli) sliced Prepare Masala Paratha:-Atta (Wheat flour) sifted 3 Cups-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed tsp-Kalonji (Nigella seeds) tsp-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed tsp-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste-Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) 1 tsp-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) tsp-Hara dhania (Fresh Coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs-Ghee (Clarified butter) 2 tbs-Cooking oil 1 tsp -Water 1 Cup or as required Directions: Prepare Aalo Soya Tarkari:-In a wok,add cooking oil,garlic & mix well.-Add onion & saut until translucent.-Add nigella seeds & mix well.-Add tomatoes,mix well & cook until tomatoes are soft (3-4 minutes).-Add salt,coriander seeds,red chilli crushed,cumin seeds,turmeric powder,mix well & cook for 2 minutes.-Add potatoes & mix well.-Add water & mix well,cover & cook on low flame until potatoes are tender (10-12 minutes) then cook on high flame until oil separates. -Add dill & mix well.-Add green chillies,lemon juice & mix well,cover & simmer on low flame for 3-4 minutes.-Garnish with green chilli & serve.Prepare Masala Paratha:-In a bowl,add wheat flour,red chilli crushed,nigella seeds,cumin seeds,salt,dried fenugreek leaves, turmeric powder,fresh coriander & mix well.-Add clarified butter & mix well until it crumbles.-Gradually add water & knead until dough is formed.-Grease with cooking oil,cover & let it rest for 25-30 minutes.-Knead dough again until smooth.-Take a small dough (115g),make a ball,sprinkle dry flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin.-Add & spread clarified butter,sprinkle dry flour & fold like a fan,twist & roll to make a dough ball & tuck the end inside it. -Sprinkle dry flour,press gently & roll out the dough with the help of rolling pin.-On heated griddle,place rolled dough & cook from both sides with clarified butter (makes 7).-Serve aalo soya tarkari with masala paratha!Recipe in Urdu:Directions: Prepare Aalo Soya Tarkari:-Karahi mein cooking oil aur lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Pyaz dal dein aur translucent hunay tak saut ker lein.-Kalonji dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.-Tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur naram ho janay tak paka lein (3-4 minutes).-Namak,sabut dhania,lal mirch crushed,zeera aur haldi powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2 minute kliya paka lein.-Aalo dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per aloo gul janay tak paka lein (10-12 minutes) phir tez ancch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein.-Soya dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.-Hari mirch aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak dein aur halki ancch per 3-4 minutes kliya dum per rakh dein.-Hari mirch sa garnish ker ka serve karein.Prepare Masala Paratha:-Bowl mein atta,lal mirch crushed,kalonji,zeera,namak,kasuri methi,haldi powder aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Ghee dal dein aur crumble hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.-Cooking oil sa grease karein aur dhak ker 25-30 minutes kliya rakh dein.-Dough ko smooth hunay tak dubara ghond lein.-Chota dough lein (115g) aur ball bana lein,atta chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.-Ghee dal ker pheela lein,atta chirak dein aur fan ki tarhan fold ker lein phir twist ker ka roll karein aur dough ball bana lein & end ko ander ki side per tuck ker lein.-Atta chirak dein aur gently press ker lein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.-Garam tawa per rolled dough rakh dein aur dono sides sa ghee dal ker paka lein (makes 7).-Aalo soya tarkari ko masala paratha ka saath serve karein.
