Moong dal - 1/2 cup
Potatoes - 2
Onion-1
Green chilli-2
Ginger- 2 inch
Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp (optional)
Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
Cumin powder-1/4 tsp
Coriander powder -1/4 tsp
Chat masala powder -1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
Cooking oil to fry
