Aloo Gosht Recipe | How to make Potato Chicken Gravy.
Aloo Gosht is a curry-type dish, consisting of potatoes & chicken cooked in a stew-like shorba/gravy. It is eaten with boiled rice, roti, paratha or naan.

Ingredients:

Salt
Onion 2
Ginger 2
Cloves 5
Oil 1 cup
Meat 1 kg
Tomatoes 2
Cinnamon 1
Cumin 1 tsp
Potato 750g
Black pepper 9
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Garlic cloves 9
Green chilies 5
Green cardamom 2
Black cardamom 1
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch

Recipe:
Add cumin seeds, cinnamon, green cardamom, black cardamom, cloves, black pepper & onions in oil to fry till it golden brown.
Add chicken & cook well.
Add garlic, tomatoes, cumin seeds, red chili powder, salt & turmeric powder.
Add 2 cups water and cook it with cover lid.
Add yoghurt, ginger, green chilies & potatoes in it.
Cookwell for 5 minutes while stiring.
Add 4 cups water to make shorba & cook till water dries to 3.
Now add coriander leaves And cook for few min more and your dish is ready.
