Ingredients for Aloo Finger:
Boiled potatoes 1/2 kg
Salt 1 tsp / to taste
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Green coriander (chopped) 1/4 cup
Green chilies (chopped) 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Bread crumbs as required
Beaten eggs as required

Ingredients for green chutney:
Green coriander (chopped) 1 cup
Mint leaves 1/4 cup
Green chilies 4-5
Onion (chopped) 1/4 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp / to taste
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Water as required

Ingredients for imli chutney:
Tamarind pulp 1 cup
Brown sugar 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Mint leaves 1/4 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp / to taste

Ingredients for Sweet Yogurt:
Yogurt 1 cup
Sugar 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Toppings:
Pomegranate as required
Sev as required
Chaat masala as required
Onion (chopped) as required

Directions for Aloo Finger Preparation:
1. In a bowl add potatoes, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, green coriander, green chilies, cumin seeds and mash well.
2. Now take the potato mixture in the palm of your hand, coat it in eggs and bread crumbs.
3. Deep fry until light golden and crispy in texture. Your aloo finger is ready. Set aside.
Directions for Green Chutney Preparation:
4. In a blender add green coriander, mint, green chilies, onion, salt, lemon juice, black pepper, water and blend into smooth paste. Your green chutney is ready.
Directions for Imli Chutney Preparation:
5. In a blender add tamarind pulp, brown sugar, red chili powder, sugar, mint leaves, salt and blend well. Your imli chutney is ready.
Directions for Sweet Yogurt Preparation:
6. In a bowl add yogurt and sugar. Mix well. Your sweet yogurt is ready.
Directions for Assembling:
7. In a plate add aloo finger, top it with sweet yogurt, onion, imli chutney, green chutney chutney, pomegranate, sev, chaat masala, and serve.
8. Your Aloo Finger Chaat is ready. Serve and enjoy.
