Fish Manchurian is an easy and delicious Indo-Chinese and Hakka recipe in which fish pieces are first seasoned with basic spices like pepper and salt and are then coated with a thick batter made of flour (mix of all-purpose flour and corn starch). The batter coated fish pieces are then deep fried and then finally cooked in Manchurian gravy. For this recipe instead of deep frying the fish we have used an air fryer to minimize the use of oil making the dish a very healthy option. Try this simple to make recipe and tingle your taste buds.
