African Gen Zs Taste Black Soup For The First Time

FoodQuest is back with another exciting episode, and this time we're in Lagos, Nigeria, where we're battling it out with black soup!

Black soup, also known as egusi soup, is a popular Nigerian dish made with ground melon seeds, leafy vegetables, and meat or fish. It's a rich and flavorful soup that's perfect for a special occasion.

But how do the young Nigerians of Lagos feel about black soup? We brought together a group of Gen Z's to try black soup for the first time, and their reactions were all over the place. Some loved it, while others found it to be a bit too strong.

But one thing is for sure: black soup is a dish that's worth trying, at least once in your life. So if you're ever in Lagos, be sure to give it a try!
