Xining lamb pot was the most interesting food I saw during this trip. Yang rou guo zai 羊肉锅仔 or lamb pot is delicious and can serve many people. It is a hot and spicy dish, and a very good Chinese food to eat in winter. Muslim food in China is amazing and a must try in the northwest.
