In this episode of Aaron's China Guide, I go to a Hong Kong restaurant in Chongqing called The Lane to try some delicious Hong Kong Barbecue. 3 kinds of meat: pork, duck, and chicken with rice and veggies on the side. Out of the 3, I would say Hong Kong BBQ pork is my favorite. Hong Kong style BBQ in Mandarin is Gang shi shao la 港式烧腊. Try this barbecue if you have the chance.
