This week I did a video from Qingdao, in Shandong province. This interesting street food is known as the jian bing guo zi, but it looks like a burrito so let's call it the Shandong burrito. The Shandong jian bing 山东煎饼 is a delicious local snack food with lettuce, green onion and egg inside. Only 5 RMB. There are 2 variants. The one in my video with the fried crisply rectangle inside is called jian bing guo zi 煎饼果子 and another one without the crispy rectangle is just called jian bing 煎饼. Be sure to try this if you come to China. At the end is a bit of bonus video from Weihai 威海, another city in Shandong.
