Dry coconut, gratedCoriander leavesWaterFor the Chicken:-Oil½ Star Anise2-3 Cloves4-5 Black peppercorns½ inch Cinnamon stick3 onions, finely chopped2 tbsp. Aagri Masala½ kg. ChickenFor Aagri Masala:-100 gms. Shankeshwari Chillies50 gms. Bedgi Chillies3 tsp. Coriander seeds1½ tsp. Stone Flower2 Black Cardamoms3 Green Cardamoms2 Bay leaves2-3 inch Cinnamon8-10 Black peppercorns1 Star Anise1 Mace2 tsp. Cumin seeds½ tsp. Fennel seeds¼ tsp.
