In this video, we revisit Redhill 85 Food Centre to do a massive (close to 8kg) carrot cake challenge! Really pushed for this one, each plate weights in at around 350 to 400 grams.Hands down one of the best fried carrot cake I've eaten though. Most probably due to the fact that they steam their own radish cake, it gives it an incredibly soft texture - which also made it a lot easier to eat which is really helpful in my scenario.
