About Dosa
A dosa (also dosai or dosha) is a thin pancake or crepe, originating from South India, made from a fermented batter predominantly consisting of lentils and rice. It is somewhat similar to a crepe in appearance, although savory flavors are generally emphasized (sweet variants also exist). Its main ingredients are rice and black gram ground together in a fine, smooth batter with a dash of salt, then fermented. Dosas are a common dish in South Indian cuisine but now have become popular all over the Indian subcontinent. Dosas are served hot along with chutney by tradition and sambar in recent times. Other accompaniments include chutney powder. For Rava Dosa, Rava or sooji (semolina) are used and For Mysore Masala Dosa, rice, black gram, fenugreek seeds are the main ingredients.

About Uttapam
Uttapam: a dosa-like dish made from the same batter. Unlike a dosa, which is crisp and unlike relatively soft crepes, it is a thick pancake mostly topped with diced onions, tomatoes, cilantro or cheese. Uttapam is sometimes characterized as an Indian pizza

About Idli
Idli or idly is a type of savory rice cake, originating from the Indian subcontinent, popular as breakfast foods in Southern India and Sri Lanka. The cakes are made by steaming a batter consisting of fermented black lentils (de-husked) and rice. The fermentation process breaks down the starches so that they are more readily metabolized by the body. Idli has several variations, including rava idli, which is made from semolina. Regional variants include sanna of Konkan.

About Vada
Vada is a category of savory fried snacks from India. Different types of vadas can be described variously as fritters, cutlets, doughnuts, or dumplings. The various types of vadas are made from different ingredients, ranging from legumes (such as medu vada of South India) to potatoes (such as batata vada of West India). They are often served as breakfast items or snacks and used in other food preparations (such as dahi vada and vada-pav).
