super easy and really delicious strawberry ice cream!

Ingredients:

200g cashew nuts
300g strawberry
300g tofu
200g maple syrup

Instructions:

1. blend all the ingredients with a high power blender until smooth.
2. pour the mixture into an ice cream maker.
