1937 Senorita Tequila Cocktail Cafe Royal Cocktail Book - Cocktails After Dark
The cocktail recipe today is from the 1937 Cafe Royal Cocktail Book 'Coronation Edition' though there was only one edition printed and even then only 25 copies (disputed) were printed. So exceedingly rare to find an original; however there are re-prints in paperback form from the 1980s available on Amazon. This cocktail recipe is from the dawn of Tequila Cocktail recipes - Tequila was seemingly embraced by European bartenders first (American prohibition may have been the reason) and they played around with how to mix tequila into cocktails.

Senorita Tequila Cocktail Ingredients:
1/3 gin
1/3 tequila
1/3 fresh lime or lemon juice
2 dashes grenadine
Shake.
