This whiskey cocktail from a 1904 bartenders guide features two ingredients that aren't very common anymore... but should be. Cocktail, Trilby
Use mixing glass
Ice, fine, fill glass
Orange bitters, 3 dashes
Acid phosphate, 3 dashes
Whiskey, fill glass ⅔ full
Calisaya, fill balance of glass
Mix; strain into cocktail glass and serve

In the video I use 2 ounces whiskey, and 1 ounce calisaya
