You can add it to various desserts, soups, baozi, zongzi, tangyuan, or straight out of the container because it's just that good and natural!INGREDIENTS:- 340g red beans (12 oz.)- 1 cup rock sugar- sesame oilDIRECTIONS:1. rinse red beans in water2. add in rock sugar3. fill with enough water to meet the minimum mark on a pressure cooker or until beans are submerged by ~1 cm4. slow cook on 'beans' overnight, or for 8 hours5. pressure cook on 'beans' for 20 minutes6. pressure cook on 'chili and stew' for 20 minutes7. grind and mash your now softened beans8. add a bit of sesame oil to get rid of the dryness. mix9. store in glass container and refrigerate for later use!___________________THANKS FOR WATCHING!___________________For business inquiries:
