Zucchini with Bechamel Sauce

Another great recipe with tender zucchinis. We did this bake with tender courgette but you can of course use other types of courgette you can find. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:

Half a kg of small zucchini
1 glass of milk
1 and a half tablespoons of olive oil
2 small sized tomatoes
1 bowl of grated cheddar or parmesan cheese
1 onion
1 tablespoon of flour
1 and a half tablespoons of butter
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
Half a teaspoon of oregano
Some salt
