Zucchini Carrot Masala | Eat East Indian

A very simple Indian vegetarian recipe using Zucchini and Carrots. Ingredients:
2 Carrots (peeled and chopped)
2 Zucchini (peeled and chopped)
Indian spices: Salt, Turmeric, Garam Masala, Red Chilli Pwd, Cumin seeds
Oil for cooking

- Serve this hot with Roti, Paratha, Naan or with your favourite curry.
