It literally means "by grating" in French, or "with a crust" from the verb gratter, "to scrape, scratch, or grate".This is a relatively easy way to prepare vegetables and have a nice, warm family meal. Vegetables are hidden in the tray together with lush melted cheese, so its a dish that kids can eat without realizing that they are eating veggies! And well, for those who know me, I had to add a Greek touch to this recipe by using Manouri cheese, to our palates delight!I hope it will delight you as well.
