Zafrani Pulao is a mix of rich ingredients - Basmati rice cooked in a sweet and rich blend of spices and nuts.

Ingredients


200 grams Rice (long, grained)
5 number Almonds.
1 pinch biryani masala
1/2 tsp black cumin
4 tsp butter
10 number Cashew nuts.
1/2 bunch coriander leaves
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 bunch mint
1 number onion
1/2 tsp pomegranate seeds ripe
10 number raisins
1 pinch Saffron.
1 tsp salt

Directions

Wash rice twice and soak in just enough water to cover it for half an hour. Drain excess water.
heat oil add cumin nuts and onions as shown and saute for few min add ginger garlic paste
add salt biryani masala
add water and when simmering add rice mix once and cook covered
when water is almost absorbed top it with fried onion , saffron color and pomegranate seeds
top of with little butter
let it steam for another 5 min

serve with kababs,kormas and curries
