Zaatar Chilli Paratha Add a dash of #MiddleEastern flavours to spice up your regular paratha. These are the #desitwists we live for! Ingredients:Whole wheat flour dough + flour for dustingOlive oil + for cooking3 tbsp Zaatar spice blend1 tbsp Ground sumac1 tbsp Dried thyme1 tbsp Marjoram1 tsp red chilli flakes1 tbsp oreganoMethod:1. In a bowl mix flour, salt, 1 tsp olive oil and add water as needed toform a semi-soft dough.2. Knead the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.3. After 10 minutes start out rolling the dough using dry flour into a thin circle.4. Add few drops of olive oil and brush the oil all over and sprinkle with the spices (to taste).5. Seal the paratha forming a semi circle and brush with little moreoil.6. Sprinkle the spices in the same order again.7. Seal and form a triangle and roll into a medium size paratha.8. Cook the paratha using oil on all sides to make it extra crispy.9.
