1/4 Cup Chopped Onions
¼ Cup Chopped Shitaki
½ Cup Button Mushrooms
½ Cup French Beans
¼ Cup Chopped Asparagus
2 Tbsp Cream Cheese
2 Tbsp Potato Starch Slurry
Dashi To Cook
Salt & Pepper As Seasoning
For Veloute Sauce
¾ Tbsp Flour
1 Tbsp Butter
Lemon peel
Yuzu Paste
Rice Papers

Cooking Tips :
#1 : Be Careful with the seasoning when cheese is added a the recipe
#2 : The ratio is 1:1:10 for making any kind of sauce
#3 : Dab the rice paper with a wet duster to make it soft and easier to roll it
