1000ml soy milk (plain)
Ponzu, as needed
Chopped scallions, as needed

PREPARATION
1. Heat the soy milk in the electric skillet on low.

2. When a skin is formed, lift with chopsticks.

3. Serve yuba (tofu skin) with ponzu and chopped scallions.
