Lahori Murg Choley Recipe @Cooking with Asifa Facebook: https://fb.watch/v/17URv7nTQ/Ingredients:-Oil - Clarified Butter / Cooking Oil (1 cup)Meat:- Chicken (1 kg)Vegetables:- Onion (1)- Green Chilies (3-4)- CorianderSpices:- Salt- Red Chili Flakes (1 tbsp)- Coriander Powder ( 1 tsp)- Cumin Seeds (1 tsp)- Garam-Masala (0.5 tsp)Others:- Ginger Garlic Paste (2 tbsp)- Tomato Paste (1 tbsp) - Daal Masoor (0.5 cup)- yogurt (1 cup)- Boiled Chickpeas (0.5 kg)- Water (0.5 ltr)Recipe:-- Marinate chicken with yogurt (2 tbsp) for 10-15 minutes approximately.- In a pan add clarified butter (1 cup), fry onions till it turns golden brown & add chicken.- Stir fry on high flame until chicken turns white & add ginger garlic paste until it turns golden.- Add cumin seeds (1 tsp), coriander powder (1 tsp), red chili flakes (1 tbsp), salt , tomato paste (1 tbsp) & stir fry for 2-3 minutes more & add yogurt.- Add remaining yogurt & cook till its water dries out & then add boiled chickpeas , boiled daal masoor (lentil) to cook.- Add water (0.5 ltr) & cook for 20 minutes on a low flame.- In the end add garam masala (0.5 tsp), coriander, green chilies (3-4).- Mix it and cover the pan with lid and switch off the flame and set it aside for 5 minutes before serving.More Delicious Recipes From Chef Asifa:YT: https://www.youtube.com/c/cookingwithasifa
