Note there's no extra cost to you if you sign up this way.Ingredients:1 package extra firm tofu2-3 cloves minced garlic1/4 - 1/3c diced onionoptional: 1/4c died capsicum (pepper), 1/2 jalapeno diced (or to taste)1/2 teaspoon turmeric1 teaspoon chilli powder1 teaspoon graham masala1 teaspoon cumin seeds (whole)fresh ground black pepper and sea salt, to taste1 tablespoon avocado oilSteps:drain one package of extra firm tofu, then place in a towel between two plates, pressing to get as much water out as possiblepreheat your oven to 350F / 175Cpreheat an OVEN SAFE pan on the stove on medium-high heat with 1T avocado oilbreak up the block of tofu into crumbs with your hands. add the turmeric, black pepper and salt.
