YOMOGI MOCHI, a 200-years-old Recipe, Japanese Mugwort Mochi, Addictive and Strong Earthy Flavor! | Kitchen Princess Bamboo

Today I'm going to be making YOMOGI MOCHI.

YOMOGI(よもぎ・蓬) is Japanese mugwort leaves with a unique, strong earthy flavor that we enjoy around this season. You can find YOMOGI In the mountains or riverbank, even around my house like this alongside the road.

I don't pick the leaves because the dogs might do their business while taking a walk. lol.

As you already know, Japanese people enjoy the seasonal ingredients, this is the flavor of May.

6 YOMOGI MOCHI
5g dried Yomogi
70g mochiko
30g rice flour
10g sugar
70〜90g water
6 ×25g Red bean paste
